1. General These terms govern the use of the website ar-vectrex.com and the purchase of products sold by SARL ASCII RAINBOW. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Products All products sold on ar-vectrex.com are physical homebrew video game cartridges for the Vectrex console. Products are handmade in limited quantities. SARL ASCII RAINBOW reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice.

3. Orders Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. SARL ASCII RAINBOW reserves the right to cancel any order in case of stock unavailability, payment issue, or suspected fraud.

4. Pricing All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. SARL ASCII RAINBOW reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The price charged is the one displayed at the time of the order.

5. Shipping SARL ASCII RAINBOW ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination country and are displayed at checkout. SARL ASCII RAINBOW is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or events beyond our control. The buyer is responsible for any customs fees or import taxes applicable in their country.

6. Returns & Refunds Returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us at ar.vectrex@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the problem. SARL ASCII RAINBOW will do its best to find a fair solution.

7. Intellectual Property All games, artwork, overlays and content sold or displayed on this website are the exclusive property of SARL ASCII RAINBOW and are protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability SARL ASCII RAINBOW cannot be held liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of its products or website. A working Vectrex console is required to use our products. The console is not included and is the buyer’s responsibility.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
